Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Radicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexnord parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Seal-Master product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Radicon such as the R10021775 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AK12315Y manufactured by Rexnord and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexnord systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MSF40 by Manufacturer Seal-Master as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Rexnord Brand 108716100QF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rexroth such as 7472D02052 equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WA10DT56M4 by Sew and 7472D02052 spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
